About You

Registered & Enrolled Nurses: 
We are looking for part-time Registered & Enrolled Nurses to work morning or afternoon shifts. This opportunity requires flexibility within your shifts and your focus will be recognising resident needs and assisting them with services that enrich their daily living. In order to ensure that residents' individual care plan requirements are met, you will also provide comprehensive guidance to nursing and care staff.  The care you provide will have a lasting positive impact on our residents and their families. 

Within your varied day, you will:

  • Develop and review care plans based on assessment findings of individual client needs, ensuring that care strategies are based on evidence.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care strategies in consultation with client, their representatives and other members of the care team.
  • Maintain client documentation in accordance with electronic documentation and organisational and legislative requirements.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal/external service providers in the provision of services.

Roster Clerk:

Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm

We are seeking a dedicated Roster Clerk to join our team and help us ensure efficient staffing schedules that enable us to deliver high-quality care to our residents. The Roster Clerk will be responsible for managing staff rosters and shift schedules for all departments within the aged care facility. The role will involve ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet the operational needs of the facility.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Roster Management and Scheduling

• Communication: Coordinate with team leaders and department managers to confirm staff availability.

• Payroll Support

• Compliance

• Record-Keeping

• Problem-Solving

• Reporting: Update management on staffing levels, overtime usage, and any other relevant data related to the roster.

 Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• Previous experience in a rostering or administrative role, ideally within an aged care or healthcare setting.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Familiarity with rostering software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Desirable:

• Experience with aged care staffing requirements and workforce management.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations, awards, and industrial agreements.

Personal Assistant to the Management Team
The personal Assistant works closely with the Executive Manager and Clinical Care Manager to support the daily operations of the facility.
Fulltime time Position Monday - Friday  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the management team, including calendar management and communication coordination.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with project management, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Support financial tasks like budgeting, invoicing, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with aged care regulations and standards.
  • Help with HR functions such as recruitment, training, and staff scheduling.
  • Manage office supplies and handle general office tasks.  

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in aged care or healthcare.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic financial tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Relevant qualifications in administration or health services are a plus.

Desirable:

Administration Assistant:
The Administration Assistant supports the daily operations of the facility. These activities may include customer relations, reception, rostering, purchasing and records management. Previous experience is desirable.

  • Permanent Part-time , 5 days a week, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
  • First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the facility.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to residents.
  • Processing of invoices, purchase orders, including ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
  • Acting as a point of contact for visitor and resident enquiries and referring these to the Manager or relevant teams as appropriate.
  • General administration, such as filing, processing and directing mail, banking, data entry, word processing, minute taking, and photocopying.
  • Maintaining and ensuring the security and confidentiality of office files and records.
  • Input and maintenance of records.

About You

  • Previous experience in an administration or reception role is desirable.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete busy workload and respond to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of office applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Kitchen Assistant Position

Rotating Roster Monday til Sunday 6am-8pm

        Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of ingredients, washing vegetables, and organizing food supplies.
  • Meal Service: Helping serve meals to residents, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and properly plated.
  • Cleaning: Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as keeping the kitchen tidy and sanitized.
  • Compliance: Adhering to food safety regulations, ensuring hygiene standards are met, and helping maintain health and safety practices in the kitchen.
  • Communication: Working closely with kitchen staff and care staff to meet dietary needs and preferences of residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: While formal qualifications may not be necessary, prior experience in food preparation or working in a kitchen environment is beneficial.
  • Food Handling Certification: A basic food safety certificate (desirable but not essential)
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work well with a team and communicate clearly with both kitchen and care staff.
  • Patience & Empathy: A caring attitude when interacting with elderly residents.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring that meals are served according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
